Terms and conditions of use
- Objet
These General Conditions of Use (CGU) define the terms of use of the service provided by the CTA SARL site (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) and the rights and obligations of users of the site.
- Service provided by the site
The site allows users to benefit from the following services: transfers, excursions, tours, hotel reservations, seminars, incentives and rental of vehicles with driver in Senegal and West Africa.
- Conditions for providing the service
Users of the site must provide accurate and complete information when booking services. CTA SARL reserves the right to refuse service in the event of incorrect or incomplete information.
- Terms of delivery or service
The delivery or provision of the service is carried out in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of reservation. Users must comply with the instructions provided by CTA SARL in order to benefit from the service.
- Repayment conditions
Refund conditions are as follows:
-In the event of cancellation by the customer in compliance with the cancellation conditions (see section 6), a partial or full refund may be made, according to the specific conditions linked to each service.
In the event of cancellation by CTA SARL for reasons beyond the customer’s control, a full refund will be made.
- Service cancellation conditions
The customer may cancel a reservation subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must inform CTA SARL in writing of his intention to cancel the service.
- Cancellation conditions specific to each service will be indicated at the time of booking.
- Cancellation fees may vary depending on how far in advance of the scheduled service date you cancel.
- Modification conditions
Any request to modify a reservation must be addressed to CTA SARL in writing. Changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the specific conditions of each service.
- Chargeback clauses
In the event of a dispute or litigation relating to a credit card transaction, the customer acknowledges that chargeback procedures must comply with the policies and procedures established by the relevant credit card issuers. The customer agrees that CTA SARL will cooperate fully with credit card issuers and provide the information required to process any chargeback request.
If a chargeback is made by the customer, CTA SARL reserves the right to take any action necessary to defend its interests. In such cases, the customer agrees to reimburse CTA SARL for all costs incurred, including processing fees, legal fees and other expenses related to defending the chargeback.
- Limitation of liability
CTA SARL strives to provide quality services, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, CTA SARL disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or the services provided.
- General provisions
The present GTU are governed by current legislation. Any dispute arising from the use of the site or the services will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
CTA SARL reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time. Users will be informed of substantial modifications by appropriate means. Users are invited to consult the GCU regularly to take note of any changes.
By using the site and services of CTA SARL, users acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these GTU.
